Key information

• County camp will take place in Carlisle from Monday 22nd July to Friday 26th July 2024.
• The camp is open to all Guides even if their leaders can’t attend.
• There will be a wide variety of activities including canoeing, archery, cycling, orienteering, drumming, crafts, disco, campfires and a camps got talent.
• There will be an exciting Olympic day on the Wednesday.
• A t.shirt and badge is also included in the cost.
• The cost is £150 per young person. The County will cover the cost of any leaders attending.

How to book

Payment terms

• Total cost is £150. If your girls would like to take part please send a non-refundable deposit of £50 and the slip to your division commissioner by 1^st December 2023.
• The 2^nd instalment by 1^st February 2024
• Final instalment by 1^st May 2024

At Camp

• Each Division will have a subcamp or divisions can join together to form a subcamp.
• Each subcamp will need Licence holder, QM and a 1^st aider. Each subcamp will have no more than 30 girls.
• Equipment will be sorted out between divisions.
• Food – The budget for food is included in the cost for camp and subcamps will be given back £40 per person and will purchase, prepare and cook food for the subcamp.
• Ratios are 1 to 12.
